If a customer requests a cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled event start time, a 50% refund of the pass ticket amount will be issued back to the customer's original payment method within 3 to 4 working days.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 1 hour before event commencement, during the event, or after the event has concluded are strictly non-refundable. Passes not redeemed at the turnstile gate are considered forfeited.
In the event that an event is officially cancelled or called off by the organizer (Vikas / Mughalsarai Meri Jaan), all verified pass purchasers who completed successful payments will automatically receive a 100% full refund of their total booking amount within 3 to 4 working days.
All eligible refunds are processed electronically through our authorized payment partner (Razorpay) and credited directly back to the original source of payment (UPI, Netbanking, Debit Card, or Credit Card). The standard banking turnaround time for the refunded balance to reflect in your account is 3 to 4 working days from the date of approval.
